The 1/2″ Stainless Steel Weldless Bulkhead is a professional-grade hardware component for converting standard stock pots into ported brew kettles or mash tuns. Brewery Installation Note: This bulkhead requires a 7/8″ hole in your kettle wall, easily made with a step-drill bit. Ensure the silicone gaskets are seated perfectly on both sides of the wall before tightening. Use high-quality PTFE tape on all NPT threads to ensures a gas-tight and liquid-tight seal. The 304SS construction is safe for boiling wort and all standard brewery sanitizers.
