This rugged steel 21-tooth Mod1 Safe-D8 pinion gear is a durable, essential component for RC models, designed to transfer motor torque to the drivetrain via an 8 mm motor shaft.

Built from strong steel for long-lasting performance in demanding RC conditions, it features a wide tooth profile for smooth engagement and a D-shaped bore to help keep the gear aligned if the set screw backs out. Sized for 8 mm motor shafts, it includes a threaded set-screw hole and comes with a 4 mm M4 set screw and a 5.6 mm E-clip to secure the pinion on the shaft.
