The 5/16″ Brass CO2 Manifold is a professional solution for splitting a single gas source into two independent lines. Each of the two outlets features a 5/16″ hose barb and an integrated shut-off valve with a one-way check valve. The check valves are a critical safety feature, preventing beer or soda from “backing up” from one keg into the other or the regulator if pressure is lost. Constructed from solid heavy-duty brass, it is built for a lifetime of commercial or home draught service.

Safety Tip: A failed check valve is the 1 cause of damaged gas regulators. Test the valves periodically by ensuring no liquid can pass backward through the barb when the gas is disconnected. Use PTFE tape on the 1/4″ NPT inlet thread for a gas-tight seal. The 5/16″ barbs are ideal for standard 5/16″ ID vinyl or 8mm ID EVABarrier gas tubing.
