It features a built-in 0.5-micron oxygenation stone and a high-accuracy 3-inch dial thermometer, allowing you to monitor pitching temperatures in real-time. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with 1/2″ barbs for easy integration into your pump lines.

Brewery Pro-Tip: To ensure the longest life for your 0.5-micron stone, never touch it with your bare hands—oils from your skin can clog the tiny pores. Sanitize the assembly by boiling it for 10 minutes. Run the oxygen at a low flow rate (0.5 – 1 LPM) during the entire transfer to achieve optimal dissolved oxygen levels for a vigorous fermentation.
